Human Resources Department implements the works on a rational management of human resources in society, an involvement of humans with high knowledge, practice and professionalism, their development within Company, as well as an organization of internal and foreign trainings and etc.
Provision of manpower requirements from internal resources is on of the main principles of our policy. Goal for realization of this policy is provision of cadre necessary for society at the expense of internal potential and, at the same time improvement of our personnel.
