"Ulduz" Chocolate Factory, one of Azerbaijan's confectionary producers, participated in the 1st Local Production and Production Technologies Exhibition held in Baku.
Information about the activities of the chocolate factory, its products and the origin of the raw materials used in the products were presented at the exhibition.
At the three-day exhibition, about 100 companies operating in Baku and in the country's regions presented their food and non-food technologies.
"In our factory, which consists of European-made technological equipment, we produce products that meet different tastes. Our working principle is simple: "quality is the first", said Elshan Hajiyev, head of the Production Department of "Ulduz" Chocolate Factory.
"Ulduz" Chocolate Factory, which is part of the Veysaloglu Group of Companies, has the "A+" grade of the BRC certificate for food safety standards. The BRC global certificate, created by the British Retail Consortium, is a high-level standard that includes conditions for eliminating food-based risks and hazards in order to ensure hygiene, health, and safety in food production enterprises. The factory, which increases its production volume and varieties year by year, supports the development of the country's economy by substituting imports and provides the population with products at more affordable prices.
